“Revisiting Arab-U.S. Strategic Relations: Geopolitical, Energy, Defense Cooperation, and Developmental Dynamics”WASHINGTON - We are pleased to inform you that on Oct. 25-26 the National Council on US-Arab Relations (www.ncusar.org) will host its 16th Annual Arab-U.S. Policymakers Conference at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center, located at 1300 Pennsylvania Ave. NW in Washington, DC.Thanks to the generosity of an anonymous donor, the first 25 Al-Hewar members and supporters to return a completed registration form to the National Council will be able to attend the Council’s Conference free of charge (up to a $300 value). Included in this complimentary registration are all Conference sessions, two Luncheons, and a Reception for all Conference registrants on the evening of October 25th hosted by H.E. Saqr Ghobash, Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates at the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates.We are delighted to make this opportunity available for select Al-Hewar members. Al-Hewar members who attended last year’s Conference will be able to attest, there were 530 registrants. Among them were the Ambassadors of the League of Arab States, the Palestine Liberation Organization, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Yemen, and 55 print media representatives. In addition, C-SPAN aired the entire Conference live and rebroadcast the program, ensuring that millions were able to view the proceedings.
